SEA BREEZE HOTEL & APARTMENTS BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these special booking terms and conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Sea Breeze Hotel, Apartments and Villas.
SPECIFIC ROOM, SUITE, APARTMENT FLOORS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED (apart from disability friendly rooms).
PRICES AND TAX:
Prices are quoted in Sterling, Euro and Dollars and are on a per room, suite, apartment, villa per night basis. The rates are subject to change without notice until booking is paid in full. All prices include 8% tax.
HOW TO BOOK:
Reservations can be made online ator by calling +90 252 616 77 14. In order to confirm your booking a 20% deposit is required to secure the accommodation and the remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks before departure or cash payments on arrival in Turkey.
Balance payment by Credit Card on arrival in Turkey is not acceptable.
ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A 20% DEPOSIT TO SECURE ROOMS, SUITES, APARTMENTS OR VILLAS
Following the payment of the 20% deposit to Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments an email will be sent to confirm the holiday booking.
Payments can be made by credit card. We accept Visa, Master and some debit cards.
NB. BEFORE BOOKING all customers MUST read and view all room, suite, apartment and villa descriptions (and floor plans where provided), which are available on our website, before booking. This will ensure the suitability of the accommodation for couples, families groups etc. It is also the responsibility of the customer to advise of any special requirements (i.e. mobility, access issues etc…) prior to booking. The Sea Breeze management cannot be held responsible for the unsuitability of the accommodation or other facilities, after the point of booking. However, whenever possible alternative accommodation at Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments will be offered at cost, subject to availability, although at peak times this may not always be possible.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:
Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments and villas has a strict NO SMOKING policy. All rooms, suites, apartments and villas have outdoor balcony areas and ashtrays are provided. In the event of any guest being in breach of this policy the management reserves the right to claim payment for cleaning, dry cleaning, replacement of soft furnishings, redecoration etc., and if necessary, the management of Sea Breeze also reserves the right to charge a deposit, which will only be refunded once the room is vacated and checked for smoke and other damage.
The maximum occupancy for all guests/bookings at Sea Breeze Hotel, Apartments & Villas are as follows:

All rooms, suites and selected apartments are equipped with king beds. Selected rooms and apartments have the option to convert this king bed into two single beds. If the single bed configuration is required please advise your preference at time of booking. Sofa beds are standard double size.
Our rooms, suites apartments and villas are for overnight occupation only by those who are registered on the original booking form. The management of Sea Breeze reserves the right to request that all additional visitors to its properties vacate the building by 8:30 pm.
Adequate identification is required at time of check-in at Sea Breeze Hotel, Apartments and the villas to verify your identity. A current passport or other form of photo identification (ID) will be requested prior to check-in. We require all credit card usage to be accompanied by a passport or official government issued ID, which includes a photo and is valid at the time of your arrival.
We have a full daily housekeeping service for hotels rooms and suites. For self-catering apartments we have daily basic clean and twice-weekly (twice within 7-days) bedding and towel change.
All bed linen, bathroom and kitchen tea towels are provided (see special conditions).
Please note the following cancellation charges will apply, in order to cover our expected losses for accommodation and transport:
More than 28 days prior to arrival – full deposit
28 – 0 days prior to arrival – 100% cost of holiday
You must give notice of cancellation in writing and the charges shown above apply from the date we receive the notice at our offices. Any deposit or payment will be forfeited in the event you cancel.
DESCRIPTIONS, PHOTOGRAPHS and MAPS:
Descriptions are based on information available at the time of publishing and may vary or change at any time.
Maps and photographs are shown for general information only and highlight places in surrounding areas.
Property photographs are only representative. The actual rooms, suites, apartments and villas occupied may vary in decor and inclusions from those shown.
We highly recommend that all our guests purchase an appropriate level of travel insurance.
Travel insurance can be arranged by many travel agents.
A child/children who is/are travelling/staying without the accompaniment of an adult over the age of 18 years is/are considered by most airlines/hotels as an unaccompanied minor/s. Reservations for unaccompanied minors are not accepted by Sea Breeze Hotel, Apartments & Villas.
USE OF GYM and GENERAL BEHAVIOUR OF CHILDREN:
Supervision of children: parents are responsible for their own children and have in law a Duty of Care. No child under 16 is allowed in the gym and under no circumstances may use or play on the equipment. Children under 16 are not allowed in the adult-only pool or poolside.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
We do our best to ensure your booking arrangements are satisfactory, however Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments and villas does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond its control including, but not limited to, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accident on or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.
If in the event that Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments and villas cannot provide the accommodation as requested: we will find alternative accommodation in another accommodation at the same property. In extreme cases we will relocate guests to a nearby hotel of similar or better standard (including transportation) or offer a full refund.
In the event that a guest fails to pay immediately upon demand any amount owing to Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments and villas, pursuant to the booking and accommodation (including and without limitation those incidentals such as telephone, cleaning, etc. set out above) Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments and villas reserve the right to deny access to the guest and ask that they vacate the premises.
If in the event that a guest has caused damage to any property of Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments and villas or detrimentally affected the enjoyment of other guests/occupants of the property, Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments and villas reserve the right to ask that guest to leave and forfeit any monies paid and will require the guest to pay for any damage caused.
If a guest/occupant behaves in an unacceptable or aggressive manner to other guests/occupants or Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments and villas security staff, or is suspected of carrying out illegal acts on the premises, that guest/occupant will be asked to leave and the appropriate authorities will be notified. All monies paid will be forfeited.
FOOD AND DRINK IN THE COMMUNAL AREAS:
The apartments at Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments are self-catering and food, drinks etc. can be prepared and eaten in the apartments or on the balconies. However, no food or drink brought to Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments from outside or prepared in the apartments may be consumed around the pools or terraces. Only food and beverages from the bar and restaurant may be consumed in the communal areas.
The hotel rooms and family suites do not have facilities for the storage of food and therefore for health and safety reasons the Sea Breeze Management will instruct the housekeeping department to remove any fresh or dry food, comestibles and general foodstuffs from the rooms and suites.
Like everyone in the world today Sea Breeze management is concerned by threats to the environment and climate change. Consequently we have an active ecological policy and use sustainable practices whenever possible. To this regard we request that guests of Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments and Villas follow these rules:
The energy saver card must not be operational when the room(s) are not in use
Our guests can only use air conditioning/lights/fans/etc when in the room(s)
Keep windows and doors closed when using the air conditioning
If the management of Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments and villas observe violations of the environmental policy they reserve the right to enter into the room to remove the energy saver card and at the discretion of the management charge for any additional electricity that may have been incurred.
Water is a precious resource. Please use it responsibly. Do not waste it by leaving taps running unnecessarily.
DAMAGE TO BED LINEN, TOWELS etc:
The management of Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments reserves the right to charge their guests to the replacement value of any bed linen, towels, floor coverings, etc. that have been indelibly stained or damaged by any of the following:
Henna Tattoos (Summer Tattoos), hair dyes and colouring, make up, self-tanning products, wine etc.
Guests are not allowed to bring or keep any animals in the rooms, apartments, or villas belonging to Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments.
ALLERGIES AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
It is the responsibility of guests to tell the management of Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments of any food allergies, intolerances etc. or any other dietary requirements.
DON’T BRING BATH TOWELS TO POOL:
Guests are requested to provide their own towels for the beach and poolside and not to use the bathroom towels for this purpose.
TOWELS DO NOT RESERVE SUNBEDS!
The management has observed some guests using their towels to ‘reserve’ sunbeds, particularly early in the morning.
This is contrary to the policy of Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments and hotel staff may remove any towels used in this way.
Guests wanting to use the laundry facilities are requested to purchase tokens at the Hotel Reception
TABLE TENNIS, MINI GOLF, ELECTRIC IRONS etc:
Guests wishing to use the above facilities will be charged a small deposit, which is returnable on the safe return of related equipment.
All guests staying in Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartment and villas are required by Turkish law to have their passports photocopied as part of the Turkish’s government security policy for visitors to Turkey. It is therefore important that only registered guests can stay in the rooms, suites, apartments and villas. For villa rentals, arrivals after midnight will be asked for their passports so that they can be registered immediately. Passports will be returned at the same time that the inventory check is made before noon on the first day of the holiday.
Guests renting villas from Sea breeze Hotel & Apartments will be charged a £150, €175, $250, 450TL deposit. There will be an INVENTORY CHECK upon their arrival and prior to departure. The deposit will be REFUNDABLE ON CHECKOUT, subject to clearance by the management.
Each villa is equipped with a security/deposit box. All our guests are recommended to use these boxes for the security of their money, passports and valuables. The management takes no responsibility for the loss or theft of any items left outside the villas, around the pools, or in the villa itself. These security boxes are free for our guests. At the beginning of your holiday, at the inventory check, our guests will be shown how these operate.
Our garden and pool maintenance team will visit the properties twice daily to check the chemical balance of the pool, top it up if necessary, tidy the area around and water the garden: usually this happens early in the morning and in the evening. While they will make every attempt not to inconvenience or disturb our villa guests they are there to do their job. Please do not offer them refreshments or alcohol.

Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments and villas buildings are secure environments and we do everything possible to ensure security levels are maintained, and we ask that our guests do also. However, Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments and villas takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises.
In this regard, we recommend that our guests obtain an appropriate level of travel insurance.
Safety deposit boxes are available for hire. Use this facility to protect your valuables. The Management accepts no responsibility for valuables left in rooms or in or around the resort complex.
NB: IF THERE ANY PROBLEMS PLEASE DISCUSS THEM WITH OUR P.R. MANAGER OR RECEPTION.
GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO REPORT ANY PROBLEMS WITH ROOMS OR FACILITIES etc. TO RECEPTION IMMEDIATELY.
Guests and booking agents of Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments and villas are allowed partial impossibility in an agreement (Accommodation Reservation and or Group Accommodation Agreement), where the performance of the agreement by either party is subject to Acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, national disaster, strikes, civil disorder or curtailment of transportation facilities beyond the control of the parties making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to fulfill some or all of the agreement.
The Agreement may be terminated without penalty for any one or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other.
LOWEST INTERNET RATE GUARANTEE:
Every reservation booked on our web site is guaranteed to have the standard online rate publicly available on the internet (at the time of booking) or we will match the advertised lower rate less an additional 10% upon its verification by a member of our reservation team.
For the purpose of the Lowest Internet Rate Guarantee, a competing web site is defined as a web site that is not owned by Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments and villas. Only websites offering instant bookings, confirmed and fully prepaid apply.
The identical product and location must be publicly available, viewable and immediately bookable on the third-party web site at the time of our verification. Lower rates found must be for the same serviced apartments and same type of accommodations and for the same dates.
The Lowest Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates. Unpublished rates include privately negotiated rates, rates involving a prepaid voucher program and rates not available to the general public. Rates not available to the general public include corporate discount rates, group rates, long-stay rates, meeting rates, any rates requiring membership in a club society or other organization where the rates are targeted specifically toward a specific group of individuals and not intended for the general public.
The guarantee does not apply if the lower rate is achieved via a currency conversion and when comparing rates both rates must have tax (KDV) included for fair comparison.
Should the cheaper rate be the result of a third party reseller selling Sea Breeze Hotel & Apartments and villas at a loss, we are unable to extend the guarantee benefits.
